Hi Glen
Thanks for all your help and information with regards to the
Solar Heating Geyser. Its rare to find someone in a company who
is so helpful and friendly!
I would like to go ahead and book for the installation but I am
going on leave today and will only be back in Cape Town on 15
February 2010. So, would appreciate if the solar system can be
done anytime that particular week.
If you confirm the date by e-mail, need to know before 3.00pm
today but if by cell, can be anytime.

RE: RECENT INSTALLATION OF 5 PANEL SOLAR HEATING
Just a short letter to commend you on 1st CLASS service & a 1st
CLASS product. I recently had an installation done of 5 solar
panels for my new pool. Your installation team were perfect &
the job was done on time. All follow up calls were addressed on
time & all I can say, is "It's been true service with a smile."
Not only was the service of superb quality the product is
fantastic. After just 2 sunny days my pool temp was up to 30
degrees! My buddy's pool is still sitting at 20 degrees. (He
came to swim at my place over the week-end)
Grant, the technician & Bill Frost, The salesman, thank-you so
much for what you guys have done, it has been an absolute
pleasure doing business with your company. After all my
renovations & having 6 different contractors in, to do various
jobs around the house, all I can say is they need to spend a few
days with you guys, to learn about customer service. Any
prospective clients are more than welcome to call me for a
reference at any time, hence my writing this memo, because we
always tend to complain but never give praise when it's due.
Lastly, a very BIG thank you, & I hereby commit to refer you
guys when ever the word "swimming pool" crops up in future
conversations.

Thank you; I have received
the replacement sensor and will install it (in series,
as you point out) shortly.
I am delighted with the
heat pump's performance, which much exceeds my
expectations or even best hopes. Although admittedly I
am still running it 24hrs and with no thermal blanket I
am amazed how it maintains a rock solid 30 degrees
regardless. I do realise what this is costing me in
electricity, but even that is quite a bit less than I
feared. I shall be getting the thermal blanket from the
guys you suggested next week, and will experiment to see
what are the optimum operating hours and settings.
I see from your website
home page that you are not short of testimonials, but
please feel free to add me as a highly satisfied
customer if you wish. I will reply very positively to
any enquiries I receive by email.
As you see from the above,
I am becoming enamoured of this heat pump and the
enhanced pool experience it provides, so much so that I
dread being without it. So I now ask whether you offer
any maintenance/service contract that I may subscribe
to?

We want to commend your company for the efficient way in which
the installation of pump & Solar panels was undertaken at our
premises last week. It was such a pleasure to have two
competent, organised and efficient people (Barney & PJ) do the
installation with minimum fuss. They were also communicative and
complied with our specification in every way, taking care to
minimise any damage in removing the slasto and lawn - which made
it very easy to reinstall same.

A few months ago, from an advertisement in the Homemaker
Magazine, I contacted Clarence Prince to arrange for a quotation
for solar pool heating to be installed at my home, 17 Melchior
Street, Morgenster Heights, Brackenfell. This was done by
return. As I was waiting for a roof painting company to carry
out work prior to installation, I had to wait to give him
confirmation until this had been carried out.
On completion of the painting, I contacted Clarence who asked me
to sign and fax to him the Conditions of Agreement etc. This I
did the same day.
He then contacted me to advise that the installation would take
place the following week on 17 September. An hour before your
employees arrived, they phoned to confirm that this was in
order.
They arrived promptly at 9.a.m.and by lunchtime the installation
was complete. The pool temperature at that time was 17 and
within a few days, it had reached 22 - warm enough for me to
take my first swim in a September month - much to the surprise
of family members!!
I would like to pass on my thanks for a job well done and a
pleasure to deal with a company that keeps to its word - a
rarity in these days.
